Adiabatic evaporators

Eco-friendly cooling technology based on natural water evaporation. Lightweight, compact, decentralized units primarily used in industrial halls and buildings with partial commercial use where air conditioning is not economically feasible due to size. Evaporative cooling provides clean outdoor air and maintains high air quality with minimal maintenance. Units can supply outdoor air year-round, with cooling activated only when needed. The units are powered by an efficient EC motor fan from Ziehl Abbeg.

Benefits of natural air conditioning

Cools by up to 16°C

Supplies 12,000 - 22,000 m³/h of fresh air

Reduces electricity consumption for cooling by 80%

4x - 7x more efficient than conventional cooling

Energy consumption up to 1.1 kW/h

    Heat extractors

A system of active roof exhaust fans based on high-volume natural air exchange. Optimized sizing reduces indoor temperatures, eliminates humidity, dew point formation, condensation, and extracts pollutants, smoke, VOCs, dust, allergens, and CO2. Made of aluminum, these units are extremely lightweight despite their size and operate to balance indoor and outdoor temperatures in two modes: 1. Guaranteed/hybrid with an energy-saving EC motor ebmPapst, 2. Non-guaranteed – operating in OZE mode = zero operating costs.

    Benefits of natural ventilation

    Cools by 3-5°C

Reduces ventilation electricity consumption by up to 100%

    Extracts 10,000 m³/h of air

    Removes heat, moisture, VOC, CO2

    Energy consumption from 0 kW/h to 0.260 kW/h

      HVLS destratifiers

Innovative technology for year-round use, serving to cool air by circulation and disrupting air temperature layers, ensuring uniform mixing. In summer, it provides efficient, quiet cooling by reducing perceived temperature. In winter, slow rotations push warm air from the ceiling, leveling the temperature difference to just 2-3°C. Powered by slow-speed brushless motors with permanent magnets, intelligently controlled by programmable frequency converters based on temperature and humidity. The fan blades are aerodynamically shaped, with high protection (IP65), suitable for use in high humidity and dust environments.

      Benefits of draft-free airflow

HVLS = high volume, low speed

Intelligent EC motors with FM, 7–200 rpm

Reduces perceived temperature by 4°C in summer

Saves up to 40% on heating costs in winter

Fan diameters from 2.5–7.0 meters, circulating up to 550,000 m³/h

        Infrared heaters

These technologies utilize infrared radiation to indirectly heat the air by increasing radiant temperature. The rays heat surfaces such as employees, floors, machinery, materials, and other objects, which then disperse the heat into the environment. The result is a comfortable air temperature and ideal perceived temperature for maximum employee comfort. The units are extremely quiet, with immediate heating power, requiring no fans, thus avoiding dust movement and drafts. Equipped with piezoelectric ignition, no electrical connection is needed. Easily transportable and mobile, fueled by propane-butane or natural gas. Ideal for construction sites or rental equipment companies.

        Benefits of radiant heating

Eliminates stratification (saves up to 18%)

Near-zero transmission losses (saves up to 30%)

Zero distribution losses (saves up to 8%)

Individual zone heating (saves up to 13%)

Reduces thermal losses (saves up to 32%)

          STELIX
          smart HVAC onebox

A spatial miracle replacing the technical room for projects of family homes, apartment buildings, and commercial buildings.
It is a modular, automated, and sustainable system that ensures the optimization of year-round indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and an intuitive user experience in buildings.

It was developed based on several demanding specifications – to create a pleasant indoor comfort while ensuring climate neutrality, reducing the carbon footprint, and the energy demand of buildings.

According to specifications, it is very compact in relation to the building area. It is designed for installation on a surface smaller than 1 m², in less than 1 hour, while simultaneously reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs by up to 30%.
The Onebox can be installed not only inside the building but also on the exterior by attaching it to the building.

Each Onebox is assembled through prefabrication off-site with engineering precision under constant conditions according to detailed project documentation. All components used are carefully selected and tested. Before delivery, pressure tests are performed and concluded with an output protocol.

Each Onebox is delivered in a plug-and-play state, thanks to the use of flexible hoses. Connection and commissioning take less than an hour.

The system includes four main technologies connected into one smart unit:

Air-to-air heat pump with hot water heating

It takes care of heating and cooling the house, as well as heating domestic hot water (DHW). The air-to-air heat pump with an integrated 90-120L boiler is the most energy-efficient solution that utilizes a renewable energy source – the surrounding air.

It provides year-round comfort benefits, heating in winter and cooling in summer. Due to its fast response to temperature changes and simple installation, it is ideal for low-energy and passive houses where efficient and flexible heating and cooling are required.

            Recovery unit

Ensures consistent air quality inside the building. The air handling recovery unit works reliably with a space-saving rotary heat exchanger.

It ensures the supply of fresh air, removes allergens and other contaminants, and maintains ideal humidity levels in the house. Additionally, with heat recovery, it reduces heat loss in the winter, leading to further energy savings.

Photovoltaic power plant with optional battery storage

It provides energy from the sun for the building's primary consumption – operational water heating in the boiler, cooling, heating, and ventilation. On sunny days from April to October, it covers 95% of the house's consumption, ensuring efficient operation of the entire household.

To increase energy self-sufficiency, the system stores surplus energy in a battery storage system, allowing the use of generated energy even when the sun isn't shining. This also serves as a backup system in case of power outages. The system also supports electric vehicle charging, further expanding the household's energy autonomy.

Distribution system with independent regulation for each room

The system ensures comfort by distributing very low-pressure air through ducts installed in the ceiling, ceiling void, or attic. Supply and exhaust air ducts are brought into each room.

Control dampers are installed on all branches of the distribution unit, and temperature sensors are placed in each room, which can be expanded to include CO2 and relative humidity sensors. This allows the climate in each room to be individually optimized for both summer and winter periods.

            How does the system work?

Controlled ventilation ensures a continuous supply of fresh and clean air throughout the day with various schedules. This allows windows to remain closed, preventing noise from the street and bothersome insects from entering the interior. Comfort ventilation not only exhausts stale air but also removes harmful substances that may be emitted from furniture. Humidity regulation reduces the risk of mold growth on walls and furnishings.

Ventilation systems with heat recovery utilize residual heat from the stale air to warm up the fresh incoming outdoor air, saving energy and costs during the heating season.

Intelligent control and expansion to a smart home

Technologies are integrated into a unified control system via the NEXTRA app. This app allows not only temperature regulation, water heating control, and monitoring of electricity production and consumption but also offers the possibility of expanding to a full-fledged smart building or Smart Home – including lighting, shading, CCTV – camera systems, or security systems – through a single interface.
