The STELIX Smart HVAC OneBox is a spatial marvel, replacing the need for a technical room in projects for family homes, apartments, and commercial buildings. This modular, automated, and sustainable system ensures year-round comfort, energy efficiency, and an intuitive user experience within buildings.
Developed based on demanding specifications, it is designed to create a pleasant indoor environment while ensuring climate neutrality, reducing carbon footprint, and lowering energy consumption in buildings. It’s compact relative to building space requirements, with installation possible on an area of less than 1 m², in under an hour, while reducing energy use and maintenance costs by up to 30%.
The OneBox can be installed either inside the building or attached externally. Each OneBox is prefabricated off-site with engineering precision under controlled conditions according to detailed project documentation. All components are carefully selected and tested, including pressure testing prior to delivery, which culminates in a final inspection report.
Each OneBox is delivered in a plug-and-play state thanks to flexible hose connections, allowing it to be connected and operational in less than an hour.
Smart Control and Integration into Smart Home Systems
Technologies are integrated into a unified control system via the NEXTRA application. This app not only regulates temperature, water heating, and monitors electricity production and consumption but also enables full smart home capabilities – lighting, shading, CCTV camera systems, and security systems – all accessible through a single interface.
